Are you ready to turn your puppy or dog into a highly trained service animal? My name is Rachel Friedman, M.S.W., L.I.S.W. I've been matching clients to puppies & dogs and teaching them how to owner-train their service dogs since 2002. I have worked with over 50 service dog teams and you can see some of our success stories on our website. I've created this course at 1/10th of the 6-month private contract cost to assist a larger number of individuals regardless of location. I've broken down the concepts relevant to the goal of owner-training a service dog into three user-friendly modules with a total of twelve lessons. I've also added some bonuses for these live lessons, including private one-on-one lessons, product discounts, and ample opportunity to get all your questions answered.

All classes run live from 6:30-8:30pm EST on Tuesdays.

• Module 1: Basic Manners
  October 1, 8, 15, 22
  2-week break to practice and reinforce skills.

• Module 2: Public Access Manners
  November 12, 19, 26, December 3
  1-month holiday break to solidify your training.

• Module 3: Functionality
  January 7, 14, 21, 28

We will use the off weeks to focus on practicing what you’ve learned in Modules 1 and 2.

This course is designed for self-motivated individuals or teams looking for expert guidance to train their dog for service dog functionality both in home and public settings. To get the most out of this experience, you’ll need to be engaged, motivated, and committed to the class schedule and assignments. Class is limited to 10 teams.
